The day we went they were busy stock taking, but that did not stop them explaining the different types of exercise bikes and what they did. Very happy with the bike and the service.

I was informed at the time of purchase that my item had to be ordered in and there would be a delay. I was happy to wait. I received very good service when phoning to check on the progress of my order and was kept informed of the progress. The eventual delivery went very well and overall I was very pleased with the service I received. As for the item , a very good piece of kit . Well made , very solid and allows for a safe and comfortable workout

We recently visited the Ripped Fitness Gym and had a good experience. The showroom allowed us to browse freely without any pressure, but when we needed assistance, Hugh Kelly was incredibly helpful. He took the time to guide us through various options and made sure we found everything we wanted within our budget. Excellent customer service and a stress-free shopping experience. well made and easy to put together. Great price and delivered in time and all good. Slight suggestion/thing to be aware of would be when used in the 'pressups' position be aware the bolts petrude past the frame so may damage flooring. Also as I suspectEd when used in a doorframe it did put some small cracks in the plaster.

Justin was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The service he provided was excellent and made the experience pleasurable for me. There were no 'pushy' sales techniques and he answered my questions thoroughly and helpfully.  

Have used elliptical at gyms for more than 20 years. The Precor elliptical is every bit as good, and being in my home is so convenient. In this time of covid it’s a no-brainer. So glad I purchased it!

I had a Precor EFX that lasted 25 years. I purchased this one to replace it. However, the newer one is much harder to use than my first one. It seems like it is much stiffer and I can only use it on Level 1. Im hoping that it just needs to be broken in more.

I own two Precor Treadmills and one thing I can say about Precor is that they make a quality product. Yes, it is much more expensive than an elliptical you can get at Walmart or other retailers but those sub 1500 ellipticals will be lucky to last a few years. When it comes to fitness equipment you want something that will last for 10-15 years and I believe this will. Precor is not high end when it comes to all the tech gadgets but they seem to use tried and true methods of keeping with function that works. I would recommend any of their products, great warranty.
